Treatment Options
TRACK A – Aesthetics EMSCULPT NEO® Treatments
Consultation visit: approximately 15 min provider pre-treatment visit to review medical and surgical history, explain procedure, brief exam and determine treatment goals. Most of the time, treatments are scheduled on different days. If patient elects to proceed with treatment, the consultation visit fee will go toward portion of selected treatment fee. If no treatment is desired or the patient is found to be ineligible, this consultation fee is non-refundable. All treatment sets include a post-treatment visit 3 months after last treatment visit at no extra cost to fully assess treatment efficacy. Future treatment sets may require an additional pre-consultation visit.
TRACK B – Health and Wellness Advice & EMSCULPT NEO® Treatments
Consultation visit: approximately 30 min provider pre-treatment visit to review medical and surgical history, explain procedure, brief exam and determine treatment goals with additional dietary and exercise counseling. Treatments are scheduled on different days. If patient elects to proceed with treatment, the consultation visit fee will go toward portion of selected treatment fee. If no treatment is desired or the patient is found to be ineligible, the consultation fee visit is nonrefundable. All treatment sets include a post-treatment visit 3 months after last treatment visit at no extra cost to fully assess treatment efficacy. Since we want you to succeed with health goals after your EMSCULPT NEO® treatments, follow up visits for counseling and additional provider consultations for medications that may assist with weight loss are also available.* Future treatment sets may require an additional pre-consultation visit.
TRACK C – Combo: Health, Wellness & Nutritionists Visits & EMSCULPT NEO® Treatments
Consultation visit: approximately 45-60 min provider and dietician pre-treatment visit to review medical and surgical history, explain procedure, brief exam and determine treatment goals with additional dietary and exercise counseling. Treatments are scheduled on different days. If patient elects to proceed with treatment, the consultation visit fee will go toward portion of selected treatment fee. If no treatment is desired or the patient is found to be ineligible, the consultation fee is nonrefundable. All treatment sets include a post-treatment series completion visit 3 months after last treatment visit at no extra cost. Since we want you to succeed with your treatment goals, including a healthy lifestyle with diet and exercise, we are offering additional nutritionist visits before, during and after EMSCULPT NEO® treatments.* Additional provider consultations for medications that may assist with weight loss are also available. Future treatment sets may require an additional pre-consultation visit.
