Medical Team:

Raja Fattaleh, MD

Dr. Fattaleh has been practicing Family Medicine for approximately 28 years.  Since 2000, he has been in Connecticut.  He sees infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.  He performs dermatological office procedures as well as routine gynecological preventative medicine.  He has a passion for treating ADHD, diabetes, migraines, mental health disorders and a wide variety of medical issues.  

Sara Garcia-Gomes, APRN

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Sara was a labor and delivery nurse at Hartford Hospital for 10 years.  While the women's health field remains a special interest, she also sees infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.  Additionally, she performs dermatological office procedures as well as routine gynecological preventative medicine.  

Both Sara and Dr. Fattaleh have a combined interest in dietary advice and weight management. 

Sarah Desjardins, RD, LDN, CDCES

Sarah is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes educator who has been working with pediatric-geriatric patients for 12 years. She enjoys working with patients that have Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and obesity.  Sarah is also certified in childhood obesity management.

Carrie Withers - medical assistant

Carrie has been a medical assistant for the past 20 years.  

Kalin Lamey - medical assistant

Kalin has been a medical assistant for the past 15 years.
